Done Correctly Inc. is looking for Concrete Labourers and Concrete Finishers to join our growing team for the upcoming construction season.
We specialize in residential and commercial concrete work including sidewalks, driveways, pads, curbs, and site preparation. We are looking for reliable individuals who take pride in quality work and want to grow with a professional crew.

Responsibilities

Forming and preparing concrete pours
Placing, leveling, and finishing concrete
Screeding, floating, edging, and broom finishing
Setting forms and rebar
Site prep and grading work
Assisting with skid steer and equipment operation
Job site cleanup and maintaining safe work areas

Requirements

Concrete experience preferred but not required (training available)
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work well within a team environment

Assets (Not Required)

Skid steer experience
Class 5 drivers license
Experience with commercial or residential concrete work
