Description

Done Correctly Inc. is seeking an experienced Skid Steer Equipment Operator to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled operator with a minimum of 3 years of skid steer experience who can safely and efficiently operate equipment on landscaping and construction job sites.

Our company specializes in landscaping, site preparation, grading, concrete preparation, and property maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience working on residential and commercial projects and be comfortable operating equipment in tight spaces and finished environments.

Responsibilities

Operate skid steer loaders safely and efficiently
Perform grading, leveling, and site preparation
Material handling including soil, gravel, rock, and landscaping materials
Assist with landscape installation and concrete preparation
Load trucks and move materials around job sites
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Work alongside labour crews to complete projects efficiently

Requirements

Minimum 3 years skid steer operating experience
Strong understanding of grading and site preparation
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work well with a team

Assets

Class 5 drivers license
Experience with landscaping or construction projects
Experience with attachments such as buckets, forks, augers, or grading attachments
