What youll do:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Schedule, train, supervise, and support staff
- Handle cash, reports, inventory, and costing
- Ensure health, safety, and loss prevention standards
- Address customer concerns and maintain service excellence
- Support marketing initiatives and performance reviews
- Lead by example aligned with Co-op values and safety culture


Who you are:

- 35 years of restaurant experience, including management
- Strong leadership, integrity, and accountability
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to meet physical job requirements
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service
