Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a people-focused HR Manager to support the full cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including identifying and attracting talented individuals to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR matters while helping foster a safe, collaborative, and engaging workplace culture.
The HR Manager will also serve as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring policies are applied consistently and that practices remain compliant with employment legislation. The role supports key HR initiatives including talent management, employee relations, and strategic HR planning while enhancing the overall employee experience.
Responsibilities and duties:
    Lead the full recruitment process, from posting job advertisements and conducting interviews to coordinating and supporting new employee onboarding.
    Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    Maintain and update compensation structures for both managerial and non-managerial employees.
    Advise and assist departmental managers on the interpretation and administration of policies, programs, and best practices.
    Work with leaders to develop and manage recruitment procedures, job postings, and advertising.
    Administer and oversee the performance management evaluation process, ensuring that employee performance reviews are conducted in a consistent, fair, and timely manner.
    Support supervisors in setting measurable performance objectives, documenting feedback, and identifying development opportunities for employees.
    Maintain accurate records of evaluations, address questions related to the process, and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the performance management system.
    Coach leaders on effectively dealing with employee relations issues.
    Guide employees on issues and concerns.
