The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated, people-first professional to join our team as a full-time Member Services Coordinator. Working closely with the CEO, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our members across Saskatchewan, building relationships, delivering programs, and creating the experiences that make RHSK membership genuinely valuable. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, value variety, and want your work to matter, this is the role for you.
What you'll do

First point of contact for member inquiries, providing support on tenancy-related questions and RHSK resources
Manage membership renewals, onboarding, and ongoing engagement to support retention and satisfaction
Coordinate educational events, workshops, and networking opportunities across the province
Maintain member records using CRM software, tracking engagement and identifying outreach opportunities
Represent RHSK professionally at events, trade shows, and industry gatherings

What you bring

Post-secondary education in business, communications, or equivalent experience
13 years in member services, customer relations, or a comparable client-facing role
Familiarity with rental housing, property management, or the Residential Tenancies Act is an asset
Experience with CRM or member management software
Strong communicator with a natural ability to build rapport
Self-starter comfortable working independently in a small team
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
