Description

**WE COVER TRAVEL (to-and-from site, out of Saskatoon or Prince Albert), MEALS & ACCOMMODATION AT SITE.

**Job is located at the Foran Mine site, approximately 3.5 hours northeast of Prince Albert & 85 km west of Flin Flon.

**REQUIRES SHIFT WORK WITH COMPRESSED WORKWEEKS - 2-WEEK IN-AND-OUT ROTATIONS.

**YOU MUST PASS A DRUG & ALCOHOL TEST.

This position is critical in ensuring housekeeping and guest service standards are met, in a thorough and consistent manner. Strong customer service and attention to detail in a fast-paced, hotel-like setting are paramount to succeeding in the role.  

Job duties include:
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of housekeepings work, in a large, high-volume industrial camp setting.
- Utilize standardized checklists when inspecting guest rooms.
- Verify statuses of night shift rooms, ensuring readiness & accurate occupancy.
- Work closely with Lodge Administrators and provide support & coverage as needed.
- Communicate room inspections findings to housekeeping manager.
- Respond to guest/client complaints and concerns in a prompt & decisive manner.
- When required, provide support in linen assistance, supply deliveries, stocking storage areas, office garbage removal, light cleaning, etc.
- Assisting & providing coverage in the site's commissary.
- Other duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in housekeeping or similar/relevant experience, in a hotel or hospitality service setting. A suitable combination of education, training, & experience may be considered.
- Organizational skills in a busy, high-volume, customer service settings.
- Very strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Capable of safely working at a remote, industrial mine site location.
- A valid class 5 Drivers License is strongly preferred.
