The division seeks an individual of vision and integrity who, as part of the division team, will provide shared leadership in support of the divisions priorities. This is a full-time position in which the successful candidate will consult and collaborate with SSSTs, teachers, administrators, and parents to design and assist in the delivery of interventions that support student development. The position commences August 24, 2026. Reporting to the Coordinator of Student Achievement and Supports and the Superintendent of Education, the preferred candidate will:
Support and promote the aims and objectives of Catholic Education and the goals of the Division.
Have strong knowledge of inclusive education practices and the Adaptive Dimension.
Have experience with Inclusion and Intervention Plans and individualized programming.
Possess excellent collaboration, consultation, and communication skills.
Be able to support teams in problem-solving and program planning.
Be able to take ownership of tasks while effectively prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Adapt to changing demands while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Education and valid Saskatchewan Professional A Teaching Certificate or Bachelor of Social Work (B.S.W).
Minimum 5 years experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
Experience supporting students with intensive learning or behavioural needs.
Masters degree in Special Education, Educational Psychology, Social Work or related field is an asset.
