Description

The individual hired for this position will be responsible for the Nightly cleanliness of the kitchen, the washing of all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and smallwares associated with the  operation of a commercial kitchen.
This individual will need to learn the operation of a commercial dishwasher.
This individual will be required to do some prep work as needed.
  Availability, and flexibility are definate assets, as the position will require work nights. The individual for this position must be a hard worker, with a high commitment to quality.
There will also be heavy lifting involved.
Some food service experience would be an asset.
