Position and Responsibilities
You will be a key member of McArthur Rivers site administration team, and you will be responsible for tasks related to payroll, travel, clerical, reporting, and other administrative duties as required. This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 90 days.
In this role you will:
-accurately and efficiently manage data entry for flights, payroll, planning, CamRad, and contractor data.
-prepare and maintain accurate employee travel manifests for all site arrivals and departures.
-draft and deliver accurate reports and professional correspondence.
-handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
-perform general clerical tasks, including reception, filing, and mail distribution.
-provide administrative support across all departments and take on additional duties as assigned.
Requirements of the position:
-minimum grade 12 diploma or equivalent;
-valid class 5 drivers license;
-proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
-excellent written and verbal communication skills;
-maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude and commitment to teamwork; and
-work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft.
Assets:
-post-secondary diploma certificate in office administration; and
-previous experience using SAP S/4HANA.
Conditions of Employment:
-valid class 5 drivers license; and
-pre-employment substance test.
