The Role
Reporting to the general supervisor, process, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient operation of all process areas.
In this role, you will:
-primarily work underground leading the planning, coordinating, and scheduling of process operations and project tasks to meet production requirements.
-supervise process operators and dewatering crews and ensure all process areas are operating in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
-provide coaching and mentorship to team members as required and facilitate in-person training on process circuits.
-identify and develop continual improvement projects to support the needs of the operation.
-operate process circuits according to Camecos procedures and guidelines.
Required:
-Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent;
-Seven years of relevant work experience in progressive milling or process positions;
-Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered;
-Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills;
-Willingness to give and receive honest feedback;
-Work both on surface and underground;
-Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft; and
-Valid Class 5 drivers license.
Recommended:
-Previous supervisory experience;
-Level 1 wastewater treatment certification;
-Level 1 and level 2 potable water treatment;
-Experience using SAP S/4HANA; and
-Process technician certification.
Conditions of Employment:
