Landscape Construction Labourer

Regina, Saskatchewan
Full-Time | Seasonal (May 1  November 1, Weather Permitting)                      Wage: $20$23.50/hour (Based on Experience)

We are seeking motivated and reliable Landscape Labourers to join our growing Regina-based team. As a Labourer, you will assist with a variety of landscape construction tasks, supporting our crew in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects throughout Regina and surrounding areas.

This role is hands-on, physically demanding, and a great opportunity to gain experience in landscape construction and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

Work safely, responsibly, and with initiative, following all company policies

Communicate politely and professionally with clients and colleagues

Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, tools, job sites, and yard/shop areas

Assist crew with construction tasks including:

Constructing brick walkways, patios, and retaining walls

Digging trenches, site preparation, and land clearing

Loading, unloading, and transporting materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, and dollies

Operate hand and power tools such as chainsaws, brick saws, jackhammers, hammers, drills, shovels, and measurement equipment

Operate small heavy equipment, including mini bobcat, dump trucks, and trailers (dump & flat deck)

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Preference for candidates with 1+ year of experience in landscape construction or labour-based trades

Strong knowledge of landscape products and construction techniques is an asset

Ability to lift 5080+ lbs repeatedly and perform physically demanding work

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, wind, rain, frost)

Valid Class 5 Drivers License and reliable means of transportation to and from worksites
