The Town of Kerrobert is accepting applications for a full-time Operations Team Member.
    This position offers a competitive entry wage of $24-$32 per hour based on experience and skills brought to the team, along with a benefit package and 9% matching pension plan.

Qualifications:
Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
Willingness to obtain required certifications
Ability to perform physical labour and work outdoors in varying conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to use computer programs and mobile applications to support daily operations and adapt to evolving technologies
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate water treatment and distribution systems, sewage treatment and collection facilities, and participate in on-call rotation. Work a 9 on 5 off shift, 9 hour days.
Operate and maintain equipment required to support municipal operations.
Operate public swimming pool boilers and chemical feeders.
Assist with the operation and maintenance of the arena during the winter season.
Assist with the maintenance and operation of parks and summer recreation facilities.
Perform a variety of municipal operational duties across multiple service areas, requiring a broad skill set, adaptability, and ongoing technical development.
On-the-job training and opportunities for certification advancement will be provided.
