Since 1950, ASL PAVING has been providing quality road building and commercial paving services to cities, towns, and government agencies across Saskatchewan and is recognized as one of Canadas Best Managed Companies. Our Saskatoon division is currently accepting resumes for the upcoming 2026 construction season. Positions available as follows:

Equipment Operator  Grader, Excavator, Crawler, Paver, Skid Steer, Roller etc.

Paving Personnel.

Concrete Laborers / Finishers

Any experience in the civil construction industry an asset however not required. Training will be provided to individuals willing to learn. Starting wage dependent on experience.

Required Qualifications:

Valid Drivers License Required.
Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing will be required.
Knowledge of the City of Saskatoon and surrounding area an asset.
Knowledge of safe operation of tools.
Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures.
Responsibilities

The successful candidates will report directly to a foreman and work with a team of five to eight members.

Assist in daily tasks associated with civil construction.
Must be able to work in a team.
Good communication skills is a must.
