Summer Student JobReporting to the Manager of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Assistant creates trend-driven content that showcases downtown events, businesses, and programming. This role acts as a storyteller for RDBID, capturing real-time moments and bringing the energy of downtown to life across social media, cellular phone photography, and vlogs.
The position supports marketing and communications through collaboration with local businesses and content participation. An approachable, outgoing personality and comfort being on camera are essential.
Additional responsibilities include basic administrative support, member outreach, and maintaining internal databases. Strong communication, creativity, and adaptability are key to success in this role
The Marketing Coordinator position is seasonal from May 4, 2026 to September 4, 2026.
In the absence of the Manager of Marketing and Communications , the Marketing Coordinator reports to the Manager of Member Engagement
