Description

KSN is seeking a Community Health Nurse to deliver culturally relevant health programming and services.

Key Responsibilities
Provide immunizations, maternal/child health, and disease prevention services
Deliver community health education and workshops
Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality
Support communicable disease response and pandemic planning
Collaborate with internal and external health partners

Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) eligible in Saskatchewan
CPR/First Aid required
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Experience in community health is an asset
