Description

The Battleford Housing Authority has an opportunity for a permanent, full time Tenant Services Coordinator to join their team.  Reporting to the Tenant Services Manager, this role supports the delivery and coordination of tenant services activities by assisting with tenant relations, leasing activities, and tenancy management to support stable tenancies and quality housing services.

The Position:
- Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Conduct tenant orientations, move-ins, move-outs, and leasing activities.
- Coordinate tenant services and liaise with community agencies to support tenants.
- Address tenancy issues such as lease violations, arrears, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain tenant files, reports, and related administrative records.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Strong communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Professional and respectful approach when working with tenants and community partners.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or certificate in human services, administration, or a related field with at least two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of community support services and experience working with diverse tenant populations is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong administrative skills.
- A valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
