Description

We are hiring experienced and dependable Pipelayers to join our team working on water and sewer construction projects. If you know how to lay pipe efficiently, read grade and work safely in trenches, this is your opportunity to be part of a solid, hardworking crew.

Key Responsibilities:
    Install watermains, sanitary sewer and storm sewer systems
    Lay and align pipe to proper grade and specifications
    Prepare Trenches, including bedding, shorting and compaction
    Read and interpret grade stakes, lasers and construction drawings
    Assist with trenching, backfilling and site cleanup
    Work safely around existing underground utilities
    Signal and assist equipment operators during excavation and pipe placement
    Ensure all work meets project specifications and safety standards

Qualifications:
    Experience in water & sewer or underground utility construction
    Strong understanding of pipe installation, grades, and elevations
    Ability to work in trenches and follow safety procedures (shoring, sloping, etc.)
    Experience using lasers and grade rods is a strong asset
    Physically fit and able to handle demanding outdoor work
    Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused

Assets:
    Confined Space, First Aid, and other safety certifications
    Experience with municipal infrastructure projects
    Valid drivers license (Class 5 minimum; higher classes are an asset)
