Responsibilities

Operate tow trucks safely to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles in various conditions.
Assist customers with vehicle recovery, providing professional and courteous service.
Conduct routine inspections of the tow truck to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with vehicles or equipment.
Maintain accurate documentation of all towing activities and vehicle details.
Coordinate with dispatch to prioritize jobs and ensure timely service delivery.
Utilize forklift or other equipment as needed for loading or unloading vehicles or materials.
Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during operations to prevent accidents or injuries.
Requirements

Valid drivers license  with clean driving record.
Criminal Record check must be completed
Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle repair and maintenance is preferred.
Experience operating tow trucks or similar commercial vehicles is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills to handle interactions professionally and courteously.
Ability to perform automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary.
Forklift certification or experience is a plus.
Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and adherence to traffic regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays if required. This position is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and committed to safety in a fast-paced environment.
