Description

The Financial Business Partner provides strategic financial guidance that strengthens planning, budgeting, and operational decisions across the organization. You will lead financial analysis, modelling, and reporting while supporting corporate financial systems and ensuring alignment with municipal standards. This role builds strong partnerships with senior leaders and oversees teams delivering budget and accounting services.

What You Bring
-Strong knowledge of municipal accounting, budgeting practices, and PSAB standards
-Skill in financial analysis, modelling, and interpreting complex financial data
-Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate financial insights with clarity
-Experience leading teams and supporting consistent financial practices
