Prairie Co-op is hiring a Full Time Food Division Manager. The location is to be determined.

What you'll do:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Food Division, overseeing multiple retail store operations and ensuring sales, profitability, and strategic needs are met in collaborating with the senior leadership team.
-Develop and execute the Food Division's annual Business Plan.
-Oversee the division's budget, ensuring achievement of financial targets including margin, sales growth, and inventory management.
-Direct retail operations and ensure implementation of policies, standards, and practices.
-Analyze market trends and develop innovative marketing plans.
-Foster a Customer-Centric culture through enforcing customer service
-Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Store Managers


Who you are:
- If you are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and have:
-12+ years of relevant experience, including 10 years of leadership experience and 5+ years in the Food Sector.
-Bachelors Degree, with a preference for Business
-You are honest and trustworthy and have the proven ability to motivate and lead Team members
-You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
