Join a team that supports a fair and transparent property assessment system for the community. As Supervisor, Research and Appeals, you will guide senior property appraisers, lead the development of statistical valuation models, and support the defense of assessments through all levels of appeal. This role blends leadership, market insight, and analytical expertise to strengthen the Citys annual assessment roll and property taxation framework.
What You Bring
-Strong knowledge of property valuation, mass appraisal, and related legislation
-Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring and supporting technical teams
-Advanced ability in statistical analysis and model development using tools such as SPSS
-Clear communication skills with confidence presenting complex -information to varied audiences
