At FFUN Collision, we help customers get back on the road quickly and safely. We seek a detail-oriented Estimator who can assess vehicle damage, prepare estimates and support a smooth repair process for customers, technicians, and insurance partners.
WHAT YOU OFFER:
*High school diploma or equivalent
*Working knowledge of vehicle repair processes, insurance rules and estimating software
*Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
*Must have a valid driver's license and provide a criminal record clearance

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
*Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates using industry software
*Photograph and document vehicle damage for insurance claims
*Communicate repair processes, timelines, and costs with customers
*Work with insurance adjusters to obtain approvals and submit supplements
*Open, manage, and close repair orders while maintaining accurate documentation
*Coordinate smaller repair jobs such as windshields and minor retail repairs
*Work with technicians to identify additional damage and update estimates
*Support efficient shop workflow and follow all safety policies
