This position serves as the first point of contact for all clients engaging with the Office. The role is responsible for conducting intake interviews, gathering preliminary information, and assessing health-related concerns for referral to the Health Analysts. The position provides essential administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth case flow and timely communication.
Main Duties:
-Conduct intakes, gather accurate complaint information, assess complaints, and reporting.
-Strong communication skills, including probing for more information and de-escalation.
-Arrange and conduct client meetings, providing support to clients and team members
-Maintain accurate data collection and record keeping.
-Direct administrative support in an office environment
-Skilled in providing direction and navigation, as well as referrals to appropriate agencies.
Education:
-A minimum of a Diploma in a health or office admin field with medical background. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
-Technical and computer skills.
Skills & Abilities:
-Experience in conducting interviews.
-Direct and effective communication skills is required
-Exercise independent judgment with limited direction and is accountable for decisions.
-Experience and knowledge involving individual and systemic health issues.
