Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Sales Manager Compact Construction Equipment for our Saskatoon Construction and Forestry location.
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading equipment sales strategy, team development and territory performance. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability by building strong customer relationships, managing key accounts, and identifying new market opportunities.

What We Look For
-7+ years direct sales experience or 3-5 years direct work experience in a sales management capacity.
-Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
-Confidence in decision making regarding financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
-High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning.
