What You'll Do:


Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits
Reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily. Receives and posts payments to customer accounts  while ensuring 100% accuracy
Prints Daily Reports as required under Policy and Procedures including the End of Day Report and Payments Listing
Maintains confidential office records and files covering daily transactions made at the facility that includes customer invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices
Completes administrative correspondence
Assists with inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies and/or inventory
Champion Nutriens culture of care and comply with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and EH&S standards
What You'll Bring:

1+ years of customer service experience
Must possess a valid Canadian drivers license
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous SAP experience, an asset
