Heres what you will do as an Outreach Educator
Facilitate engaging, audienceappropriate workshops and presentations
surrounding the issues faced by communities within Envisions
geographical area
Topics may include but are not limited to healthy relationships,
informed consent, communication, boundaries, and assertiveness.
Promote Envision services and programs to the community
Assist with planning and promoting community and public events
Assist in the development and delivery of public education programming

Heres what we are looking for in the ideal candidate:
Grade 12 Education and a Human Services Certificate, diploma or degree, or equivalent work experience providing the following:
o Knowledge and experience working with individuals dealing with abuse
and violence
o Understanding of client-centered strength-based services
Ability to perform tasks to achieve outcomes and meet deadlines
Computer literacy
Organization and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with other
professionals
Reliability and flexibility to meet the demands of the position
Effective decision-making skills
