BRITEBOX Storage Co., a leader in the self-storage industry, is currently accepting resumes for the position of Storage Solution Specialist.  We're seeking an individual with high energy who is enthusiastic and customer focused. Someone who is reliable andtrustworthy with a great attitude both in a team and solo environment.
We're looking for someone who is not only great with people but can maintain the upkeep of the office and facility to ensure we always look our best!
General duties and responsibilities:
- Must be very customer focused, assisting both in person and over the phone
- Process account payments and inventory sales
- Basic office administrative duties including filing, data entry and reporting
- Up selling of merchandise and services
- Responsibilities relating to independent location with minimal supervision
- Cleaning duties including general facility upkeep, office and move-outs
- Lawn maintenance and snow removal duties
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning and organizational skills
- Provide superior customer service with a great attitude
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Internet Browsers
- Must have a valid drivers license
Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task, talk and type; move from administrative to live calls
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- Ability to research, define and understand customer concerns/issues, follow-up and collect data while considering viable solutions
- Continuously improve quality of service as well as product knowledge
- Attendance and being 'on time' are critical expectations essential to your success and the success of the team
Special Requirements
- Must be able to lift 25lbs and maintain a full range of motion and dexterity
- Maintain a valid drivers license and acceptable SGI Driver Record
- Pass a company drug test upon request
