What we are looking for:
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will represent our organization and help strengthen Agrifacs global premium reputation. As the primary aftersales contact in your province, you will handle all technical and mechanical inquiries while helping shape the Canadian aftersales division. Youll also contribute ideas to the global aftersales team to support future product improvements. This role includes opportunities for international travel to our Global Headquarters in the Netherlands for initial and ongoing training.
Qualities and experience required:
Strong knowledge of agricultural application systems and advanced machinery electronics
Red Seal certification in Agricultural Equipment
Understanding of dealer management processes
Experience with ag/farm equipment or dealer support (preferred; training provided)
Solid understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and hydraulic drive systems
Self motivated, customer focused, and positive in attitude
Excellent communication and service oriented approach
Analytical, structured, and solution driven mindset
Collaborative working style with internal teams and external partners
Computer literate with strong problem solving skills
Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing situations
Valid drivers license and ability to travel to dealers and customer sites
Must be eligible for international travel; passport required
