The Senior Analyst, System Support provides expertise and support to users of financial, human resources, work management and/or customer systems as it relates to Corporate processes, ensuring data integrity, timely customer service and that internal processes and systems are in compliance with policies, union agreements and legislative and regulatory requirements. This includes developing processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness of information management.
