Description

We're looking for a Full-time Member Advisor to join our team! This position is integral to the function of our organization, playing a critical role in our member service team. Candidates have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to provide knowledgeable and timely advice, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service by effectively utilizing our products, services, and omni channels to meet our member's needs.

The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Act as the first point of contact and the first point of resolution!
- Respond to members inquiries by providing advice and guidance on the full range of financial products and services.
- Promote and sell cash and non-cash related products and services.
- Manage an assigned portfolio through strong advice and utilization of available Credit Union products and services.
- Utilize digital solutions to create efficiencies, simplify members banking needs, and enhance the member experience.
- Must have the ability to travel to and cover regionally (up to 200km) as required.

Qualifications:
- Completion of a high school diploma/GED.
- A people person who possesses excellent communication skills.
- Someone who values Accountability, Integrity, and Respect.
- Detail-oriented and risk aware, contributing to the safeguarding of our company's assets and reputation.
- Proficient in digital literacy, including (but not limited to) critical thinking, problem solving and navigation using digital solutions.
- Use and comfortability with a variety of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, Viva, Power Automate, Power BI).
