Events & Guest Experience Coordinator Humboldt Golf Club Humboldt, SK
Position Summary The Humboldt Golf Club seeks an organized Events & Guest Experience Coordinator to facilitate the clubs seasonal event calendar. Reporting to the General Manager, this role ensures seamless execution of tournaments, corporate functions, weddings, and banquets. The Coordinator acts as a central communication hub between management, catering, staff, and club committees.
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination: Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of all tournaments and private functions. Act as the primary contact for inquiries, providing info on pricing and facilities. Provide on-site support to ensure adherence to schedules and service standards.
Administration: Manage the clubs master Google Calendar to ensure accurate scheduling and resource allocation. Assist in preparing contracts, banquet event orders (BEOs), and post-event billing. Provide weekly briefings to kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Member Relations: Support Mens, Ladies, and Seniors committees to ensure successful delivery of league nights and tournaments. Professionally address guest feedback to maintain high service standards.
Operations: Support the GM with seasonal admin tasks and system improvements. Provide front-of-house support during peak periods.
Qualifications
Experience in hospitality, event support, or administration preferred.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Docs).
Strong professional communication and multitasking skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings during peak season (AprilSept).
Compensation & Hours
Commensurate with experience.
Full-time during peak season; reduced/flexible hours (including remote work) from OctMarch.
