Siel Human Solutions, on behalf of our client is looking to hire a Full Time Community Development & Events Supervisor.

This position provides direct supervision to seasonal summer staff and oversees volunteers during events and community programming. The Supervisor ensures events are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Event & Community Development Leadership

Plan, coordinate, and execute community development events and initiatives.
Develop strategies to increase community awareness, participation, and engagement.
Support and actively participate in local development committee meetings.

Qualifications & Competencies

Minimum Grade 12 diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
Standard CPR/First Aid certification (asset).
Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
Strong project management and organizational skills.
