Key Responsibilities
Social Strategy & Content
Develop social media strategies aligned with client goals
Plan and manage content calendars across platforms
Write, edit, and oversee creation of captions, visuals, and video direction
Identify trends and platform-specific opportunities
Ensure content aligns with brand voice and positioning
Paid Media & Campaigns
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
Allocate budgets and optimize for performance
Test creative, audiences, and messaging
Monitor campaigns and make ongoing adjustments
Performance & Reporting
Track KPIs across social and paid campaigns
Analyze performance and identify improvements
Provide clear reporting and actionable insights
Client Management & Execution
Act as the primary contact for assigned clients
Present strategies, content plans, and results
Work with design, video, and web teams to produce content
Ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Qualifications
25 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital advertising
Strong understanding of Meta and Google Ads
Proven ability to create content that drives engagement and conversions
Experience managing multiple clients or brands
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
