Job Description: The Manager, Staff Scheduling, under the general direction of the Director, Staff Services, is accountable for ensuring accurate, efficient and timely administration of the computerized scheduling service by developing, implementing, evaluating, auditing and controlling all scheduling processes. The Manager, Staff Scheduling will make recommendations on scheduling solutions that minimize risk, taking into consideration the four (4) dimensions of quality: high risk, high volume, high cost; and problem prone. The incumbent will also provide advice and be actively involved in matters pertaining to Employee Benefits.
