We are looking for a motivated Construction Estimator to join our growing team. This position offers strong opportunities for career growth and advancement as we continue to expand our project portfolio. The position could easily turn into a senior role in time for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil, commercial, and land development projects
-Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
-Complete quantity takeoffs and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
-Work closely with project managers and senior estimators
-Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and bid submissions
-Maintain organized estimate documentation and cost records

Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of experience as a medium to large commercial construction estimator
-Completion of a diploma or certificate in Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
-Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and scopes
-Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications
-Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
-Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
-Candidate should be familiar with construction practices in Canada
