Bib & Tucker Clothing is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented part-time team member to help support the day-to-day operations of our women's boutique.
This is not primarily a sales role. We already have strong sales staff and are looking for someone who can help with the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the store running smoothly.
Duties may include:
- unpacking and processing new shipments
- lifting and moving boxes of merchandise
- steaming, tagging, and preparing product for the sales floor
- dusting, tidying, and general store upkeep
- taking product photos for social media or online use
- helping with basic computer and administrative tasks
- assisting customers when needed in a warm and professional manner
The ideal candidate:
- is reliable, efficient, and self-motivated
- is comfortable working in a women's boutique environment
- is detail-oriented and organized
- is comfortable with technology and basic computer work
- is comfortable with physical tasks including lifting boxes, moving product, standing for extended periods, and helping with shipment processing
- can work independently and use good judgment
Preferred qualifications:
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in retail, merchandising, stock handling, shipping/receiving, administrative support, or customer service preferred
- experience with social media, photography, Shopify, or basic computer/admin work is an asset
Hours:
Part-time, approximately 10 to 18 hours per week, mainly on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with some flexibility based on store needs.
