Luther College is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our maintenance team as a Boiler Operator/Maintenance Worker. This role combines hands-on building operations with general maintenance while preparing the successful candidate for a future supervisory position. Working Monday to Friday 9:00  5:30 p.m. the successful candidate will report to the Manager of Physical Plant and is responsible for performing duties pertaining to the daily maintenance of the boiler, dorms, and school.
