The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Regina is currently recruiting for a Full Time Supervisor to join our team.
This is a working supervisor position and will assist in directing the day to day operations including service and set-up while working closely with the team to ensure that each guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Primary Duties:
-ensure the entire team is delivering exceptional customer service to all guests by acting with a customer comes first attitude at all times
-establish rapport and connect with guests to ensure their requests are met
-setting an example for the team, assisting on the floor as needed, this is a working supervisor position
-oversee service operations, ensuring all service details are executed as per Hilton standards.
-communicate areas of opportunities from guests to management in a timely manner
-active liaison between the guests and other associates to ensure outstanding customer service

Working Conditions:
- ability to continuously stand, bend, and lift up to 25lbs unassisted
- fast paced environment, often demanding requiring quick action and thinking
- weekend and holidays as required
-candidates with open availability and limited restrictions will be preferred

Required Education & Qualifications:
-grade 12 or equivalent, post-secondary considered an asset
-min 3 years' experience in a Food/Beverage role
-previous leadership experience is an asset
-valid Serve It Right Certification or provincial equivalent is required
-strong communication, leadership and organization

Must have open availability to work a variety of shifts and holidays. Schedule can be flexible for the right candidate.
