My Student Works Painting business is hiring friendly, confident, and reliable individuals for our door-knocking and lead generation team this spring. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being outdoors, talking to new people, and working in a supportive team environment. Youll walk assigned neighbourhoods in East Regina, introduce homeowners to our services, and collect basic information from anyone interested in a free estimate. We provide complete training- including greeting techniques, conversation flow, handling objections, and how to gather qualified lead information professionally and comfortably.
Compensation includes $20/hour plus monetary bonuses for each qualified lead and booked estimate, allowing motivated team members to earn more based on performance. You will work with a partner and follow a structured route, making the job smooth and confidence-building even for those new to customer interaction. Whether you are energetic and competitive or calm and detail-oriented, our system supports both styles - teaching you how to communicate clearly, stay respectful and professional, and create positive interactions at the door.
