Humboldt Co-op is hiring a Full-Time Manager for our Humboldt Co-op Grocery Department in Humboldt, SK.

What youll do:
Lead the team in a manner that demonstrates day-to-day behaviors that align with and strengthen the Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and brand.
Manage the Department in accordance with the company policies, procedures, programs, merchandising standards and overall expectations.
Recruit, train, develop, coach and motivate the team while fostering a positive work environment
Perform team performance reviews and action plans for development.
Manage inventory levels and lead scheduled inventory procedures.
Develop sales promotion programs to grow the business.
Maintain confidentiality regarding pricing, financial and marketing strategies.
Develop and administer action plans to achieve the desired results of the business plan.
Provide direction in the development and achievement of operational and financial results including, sales, margins, expense, inventory and SPEH for your department.
Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years retail experience.
Must have a minimum 2-3 years experience managing/supervising others.
Previous retail management, and/or food store experience is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and the ability to manage computer files efficiently.
Effective planning, organization and time management skills.
