Description

In this position you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and supporting daily clubhouse operations. This role includes assisting golfers, handling transactions, maintaining facilities, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests and provide information about course services, rates, and policies
- Manage check-ins for tee times and assist with bookings (in person or by phone)
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for fees, merchandise, and food/beverages
- Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse
- Stock and display merchandise
- Assist with food and beverage service
- Enforce course rules and clubhouse policies courteously
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Support tournaments, events, and group bookings
- Work collaboratively with grounds and management staff
