Description

**Duties:**
-Operate sandblasting equipment to remove paint, rust, dirt, and other debris from surfaces.
-Prepare surfaces for painting by sandblasting to ensure proper adhesion.
-Work on industrial/commercial painting projects requiring sandblasting services.
-Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and project timelines,
-Utilize power tools and equipment proficiently to achieve desired results.
-Caulk and rig surfaces as needed for sandblasting procedures.
-Follow schematics and instructions to complete sandblasting & Painting tasks accurately.
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the sandblasting process.
-Able to use a variety of methods to apply paint as in spray gun etc.
-Must be able to work in a challenging fast paced industry

**Requirements:**
-Valid Class 5 License & able to haul Equipment Trailers
-Experience in industrial/commercial painting is a MUST
-Ability to effectively communicate with team members, work alone and in a fast paced environment..
-Proficiency in operating power tools and equipment used in sandblasting.
-Strong attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.
-Knowledge of caulking techniques for surface preparation.
-Ability to restore surfaces effectively through sandblasting procedures.
-Understanding of industrial/commercial painting projects requiring sandblasting services.
