Responsibilities:
1. Track daily student attendance rates and absence numbers; establish an absence warning mechanism to automatically notify academic affairs for follow-up on consecutive absences.
2. Monitor student attrition, regularly conduct churn analysis (by age group, courses taken, study duration, etc.), and create profiles of lost students.
3. Analyze the idle rate of teaching venues across different time slots, identify issues in course scheduling logic, and propose optimization suggestions for schedule adjustments.
4. Verify the accuracy and completeness of reported data, standardize data entry procedures, and regularly clean anomalous data.
5. Compile statistics on coaches' teaching hours, student load, and teaching outcomes to provide foundational data for staff scheduling and performance evaluation.
6. Track the correlation between grading test pass rates and student practice frequency to support dynamic adjustments in teaching quality.
7. Assist with basic data maintenance tasks, including digitizing student records, compiling statistics for grading tests and competition results, and tracking data for student referral programs.
8. Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by managers and supervisors.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Current undergraduate student majoring in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Science, or a related field; sophomores and juniors preferred.
2. Proficient in advanced Excel features (complex nested functions, array formulas).
3. Proficient in at least one data analysis tool among Python/R, capable of performing basic data cleaning and modeling.
4. Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, able to independently complete ad-hoc analysis reports and propose actionable business recommendations. Possesses foundational knowledge of statistics.
