Armour Safety Inc. is a fully integrated safety training and consulting business.  We have a small shop committed to quality work, safety, and hands-on training. We are seeking a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice to work directly under a Red Seal Journeyman in a busy, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist Red Seal Journeyman with diagnostics, repairs, maintenance and inspections
Vehicle maintenance: oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, fluid checks, tire changes, basic diagnostics
Light equipment maintenance and repairs (generators, compressors, small engines)
Inspect, test, and maintain gas monitors and other safety equipment; ensure calibration and records
Trailer maintenance: inspections, lights/brakes, hitch systems, tires
Perform labourer duties as required: lifting, moving parts, cleaning, shop organization
Disassemble/assemble components, remove/replace parts, use hand and power tools
Follow written and verbal instructions; record work performed and update maintenance records
Maintain clean, safe workspace and comply with OH&S and shop safety procedures
Attend on-the-job training and related technical school as required
