Description

Join our team and support the success of the City parking program by offering expert traffic bylaw guidance, coordinating enforcement activities, and assisting with reviews, investigations, and customer concerns.

What You Bring

- Strong knowledge of traffic bylaws, parking rules, and related procedures
- Skill in customer service, including managing stressful and confrontational situations
- Experience in a municipal parking or enforcement setting
- Ability to communicate clear and accurate information across many contact channels
