Were seeking a Material Handler to join our Watson elevator operations team at Archer Daniels Midland. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting safe and efficient grain handling operations while maintaining ADMs commitment to operational excellence and a zero-injury culture.


This position involves material handling, equipment operation, and facility housekeeping in a fast-paced agricultural environment. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient site operations.


What Youll Do

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

Operate wheel loaders, forklifts, skid steers, and similar mobile equipment

Utilize computerized systems to process operational data

Perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning equipment and facility areas

Assist operations, maintenance personnel, and supervisors as required

Maintain strict adherence to safety, environmental, and operational procedures

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous experience operating computers preferred

Prior experience in maintenance-related disciplines preferred

Experience operating mobile equipment (forklift, loader, skid steer) considered an asset
