Job Description: The Digital Health Business Partner will provide advanced knowledge as a strategic partner and by acting as the main point of contact for Digital Health services for operational leaders within the assigned portfolio and area. The Business Partner will be responsible for supporting these leaders in achieving their business goals by providing key services including leadership on Digital Health related needs, clinical and business workflows, IT requirements, clinical and business training, and change and transition management as well as ensuring Digital Health is a key partner with operational leaders in strategy formulation and implementation. The Business Partner will be embedded into key processes for Digital Health and the SHA including intake of new initiatives, risk assessments and prioritization reviews. The Business Partner will work with Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) portfolios and area leadership and will bring forward key priorities as well as work with external partners (ex. eHealth) to manage implementations.

Experience

Education
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Information Technology
