Job Description: Reporting to the Provincial Director of Primary Health Care, the Senior Respiratory Therapist is responsible for supporting the quality and education of spirometry testing across the province. This role plays a key part in provincial quality assurance efforts, contributing to the oversight, evaluation, and continuous improvement of spirometry practices to ensure consistent, highquality respiratory care. The Senior Respiratory Therapist also provides coaching, mentoring, and guidance to staff performing spirometry within an interdisciplinary team environment. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

Education
- A graduate of an education program approved by the Saskatchewan College of Respiratory Therapists (SCRT) at a Respiratory Therapy school accredited by the Council on Accreditation for Respiratory Therapy Education in Canada, or a program deemed equivalent by the SCRT.
- Successful completion of a Respiratory Therapist registration examination administered by the Canadian Board for Respiratory Care, or an examination deemed equivalent by the SCRT.
Licenses
- A registered member in good standing with the SCRT in accordance with the SCRT regulatory by-laws.
