Description

WHO WE ARE
A&B Auto Centre is a well established, family owned auto body repair facility that has proudly served southwest Saskatchewan for nearly 30 years. Based in Shaunavon, we are an SGI accredited, I-CAR Gold Class Certified repair centre, equipped with modern tools and technology to deliver high quality repairs in accordance with manufacturer repair procedures and insurance requirements.
We have built a strong reputation for professionalism, technical excellence, and integrity. Our long-term success is grounded in quality workmanship, continuous improvement, and respectful, collaborative working relationships. We value doing the work right and supporting the people who make that possible.
We are currently seeking a qualified Autobody Technician / Refinisher to join our team. The ideal candidate brings primary experience as a painter/refinisher, takes pride in their craft, and is capable of completing repairs to a high standard. The ability to complete repairs end-to-end when required is considered a strong asset.

THE ROLE
As an Autobody Technician / Refinisher, you will contribute directly to daily shop operations and repair quality. Primary responsibilities include priming, prepping, masking, paint mixing, and refinishing vehicles to a high standard, while following manufacturer procedures, insurance guidelines, and company SOPs. Secondary responsibilities may include disassembly, panel repair, reassembly, final inspections, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, clear communication with team members, and participating in ongoing training.

WHAT YOU BRING
You hold a Journeyperson Certificate in Autobody Repair, have strong refinishing experience, and work with integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism. You are organized, able to manage deadlines, comfortable working independently, and respectful and collaborative with others. I-CAR Platinum Certification is a strong asset.
