At Living Sky School Division, relationships shape everything we do. Were looking for a Transportation Coordinator who brings clarity, connection, and strong leadership to a division-wide system that our families rely on each day.

In our new fully contracted transportation model, youll be the hubbuilding trusted partnerships with vendors, supporting schools and families, and ensuring safe, dependable service across the division.

What Youll Do

Lead contract oversight: monitor service quality, safety, KPIs, audits, and compliance.

Be the go to connector: respond to family and school concerns, manage disruptions, and keep communication clear and calm.

Own the data: manage rider applications, routing, Bus Planner updates, and reporting.

Champion safety: coordinate incident response and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.

Guide the budget: prepare, track, and code transportation-related financials.

Oversee fleet needs: manage licensing, insurance, life cycle planning, and maintenance for division-owned vehicles.

Collaborate across the division: partner with departments, gather feedback, and contribute to crisis planning.
